DeleteHi Nuwan, I agree with the contents of this post. I would like to add few more things to it. With the help of suitable recruitment structures, the Department of Human Resource Management is able to select the right employee. The most talented and qualified individuals need to found to play an essential role in the growth of the organization. Not only is it important to select and recruit the right employees for the growth of the business, but also to provide employees with a better working environment that plays an important role in enhancing their performance, which is linked to the productivity and growth of the organization. It is also explored that after selecting the right employee, motivating them to reduce job turnover by increasing the retention rate of employees is more important to the organization (Abbasi, Tahir and Abbas, 2020).
